This is a stunning and vibrant outfit possibly late 1960's consisting of a blouse, skirt and vest in beautiful shades of orange, green, and yellow. Blouse is possibly nylon chiffon and lined, includes an attached scarf collar and closes in the back with a metal hook and eye and five fabric-covered buttons.
